  12. The fact that a feature appears in this list does not automatically guarantee
  13. that it will ever appear in a release version of Opus. Conversely, the fact
  14. that a feature does not appear in this list does not mean that it will not
  15. appear in a future release version of Opus.

  17. Please, do not ask when the next Opus release version will be ready. You know
  18. as much as anyone. It will be ready when it is ready <tm Wynn Wagner III>. It
  19. is not possible to give any definite time frame. There is no team of
  20. full-time programmers. People work on Opus in their spare time. They are not
  21. paid to do so. Please be gentle. Slippery when wet.

  26. Boone's work, although the utilities have been pretty much reworked the
  27. intellectual rights remain with Doug and Wynn.
